With the exception of a year, Pastor David has been the Senior Pastor since 1979. He also serves as a Professor at the Ecumenical Theological Seminary (ETS) in Detroit . He received his undergraduate degree from Furman University in 1970, in 1973 his Master of Divinity degree from Duke University and his Doctor of Ministry degree from that ETS in 1987. Pastor David lives in Brighton with his wife, Jamie, who is a first grade teacher at Hornung Elementary School . Their daughters are Betsy who lives in Falls Church , Virginia with her husband, Jon, and Margie and her husband, Rob that live in New Haven , Connecticut .

Jesse is married to Susan and lives in Howell. Together they have five daughters and eight grandchildren. Jesse is a retired contractor. He has taught Sunday School and/or evening classes for over 40 years. He has also participated in the bi-vocational ministry classes and taken pastoral care and counseling courses at the Ecumenical Theological Seminary in Detroit . Jesse enjoys teaching, performing weddings, and doing counseling and marriage mentoring.

Robin came to Chilson Hills with a diverse religious background. He was raised in the Episcopal faith and served as choir director and, later on, an ordained pastor of a United Methodist Church . He has a Bachelor's Degree in music and a Master's of Divinity degree. He found his way to Chilson Hills and serves not only as an Associate Pastor for Pastoral Care but as an in-house Gospel Poet. Robin lives in Howell with his wife, Ruth. They have four adult children – Travis, Megan, Justin, and Nicholas.

Judy and her husband, Don, have two daughters, Sherrie (and husband Joe in Colorado ) and Susan (and husband Damon in Texas ). Judy has a Bachelor's degree from Grove City College and currently works for Delphi Corporation as an Administrative Assistant. She has played the organ for church services and accompanied choirs off and on since Junior High School. She plays the Clavinova for Worship Celebrations and sings in and is the keyboardist for the Praise Band. In addition, she also prepares the PowerPoint presentations for the worship celebration services.

Lisa has been a member of Chilson Hills since 1991 and has been a bell ringer since 1992. In 2005 she became the Bell Choir Director. She has a Bachelor's in music education from Eastern Michigan University . She has been employed at the University of Michigan Health System for 25 years as an EEG technologist and has been a supervisor there for the last seven years. She currently teaches EEG Technology at the Carnegie Institute. Lisa is also a performing member and on the board of the Livingston symphony Orchestra and enjoys performing with her violin. Lisa and her husband, Luke, live in Whitmore Lake with their four beautiful daughters.

Steve and his wife, Jan, have been members of Chilson Hills since 1995. Among many “jobs” at the Church, Steve took on the job of official gatekeeper in 2001. Among his duties are official chair and table setter-upper and liaison for outside groups that use the building. Steve is also the main audio and lighting operator for all services. Steve lives in Whitmore Lake .

Randy has served as the Youth Pastor at Chilson Hills for the past 15 years. He graduated from the Ecumenical Theological Seminary in June 2005 and was ordained to the ministry by Chilson Hills Church in November 2005. Randy lives in Milford with his wife, Linda. They have a combined family of six grown children – K.C., Brandy, Dominic, Andy, and Jessica and three grandchildren. Randy works as Associate Director for IT Support at Pfizer Global Research and Development in Ann Arbor .
