JOB SEEKER CLOSET
Donate Items to Job Seekers
Got briefcases, binders, folders, planners, portfolios, etc. in good condition that you are no longer using? Recycle your business items. The church offers an 'office professional closet' for members and friends who are job hunting. No clothing, phones or electronics please! (Working calculators are fine.) Items can be dropped off before/after Sunday worship services in the main lobby.
Contact Cynthia Grochowski at (734) 878-9831 or the church office.

CHANGE IN KITCHEN USE
Supply Alert!
It’s time to "bring your own kitchen paper supplies" when you sponsor an event which involves use of the kitchen. All supplies in the kitchen are being paid for by individual members, not by the church. If you use supplies, you are taking supplies that are reserved for another event. Be aware that it is important to appreciate the work, effort, and money of the people those supplies belong to!

If Facing Financial Struggle...
The economy is a powerful influence! If you could use a little assistance this winter, call the church office. All calls will be kept confidential. We are a family and we want to help if we can.

Donate Used Toner Cartridges

Used toner cartridges are still being collected in the main lobby. When not benefitting children’s activities, they help to purchase critical supplies for the church office. Each cartridge brings in a minimum of $3 to put toward church needs. Contact Kathryn Poppy at the church office kpoppy@chilsonhills.org.

Bulletin Board Ideas and Volunteers
The bulletin boards in the upstairs hallway (near the nursery) need a facelift and can become a welcome problem-solver. Offer your ideas and/or time to Kathryn Poppy at kpoppy@chilsonhills.org.

Pop Cans Support VBS
Pop cans support our summer VBS program. A drop-off area is at the front-door area near the main lobby. See Mike Kontz mike.kontz@gmail.com  or Jennifer Balyeat at (810) 499-1227 or jbalyeat@livingstonedc.com.

About Chilson Hills Church
by Bob Miley, Deacon

"Chilson Hills, with its freedom from religious orthodoxy, has helped me pursue
a closer relationship with our God and my Church family. My heart has
been opened. My inner core has been cleansed to view other faiths and
denominations--all in the name of Christ--to see wholesome goodness in
worship and congregation--good people held by gravity in this world but
yet boundless in freedom to the Holy Spirit."
